Adding AI to RFQ/PO Uploads for Faster Importing

Say goodbye to manually selecting or typing materials for quotes. Now, you can upload supplier quotes, process line items, and add them to your RFQ and catalog in just minutes. This not only saves you time and minimizes error-prone inputs but also gives you access to mixed bid functionality, helping you reduce lead times and improve margins.

Jobs Redesign, More Data Integrations, and Filters

We’ve been working hard to enhance the part-to-job allocation experience across both web and mobile! Our latest update brings new features such as:

➡️ Changed Active and Finished jobs tabs.

➡️ Added filters and sorting to all jobs.

➡️ Added source.

➡️ Created a separate tab for tools.

➡️ Provided support for kit truncation.

➡️ Ability to print jobs.

➡️ Faster syncs with your FSMs to provide real-time invoice updates.

➡️ Inventory adjustments.

➡️ Added total costing.

Public API Access

Having access to your data when you need it is essential. That’s why we’ve made it easy for you to integrate Ply with your data stack or other apps. Now, you can manage your API keys effortlessly.

Custom Category and Material Fields Management

Remember when we launched custom categories and material fields? Well, now you can easily manage those new custom fields within the settings instead of only on the material creation flows.

Units of Measurement Expansion: Provides added support for a number of units of measurements to refine material attributes.
