Starter covers material tracking and the procurement you do every day: create a PO, send it to your supplier, receive and reconcile it. Plus adds advanced procurement and all of payments: supplier catalogs with live pricing, RFQs and smart mixed bids, rolling replenishment, PO approvals, 3-way match on every invoice, and Spend Lens, Cost Lens and margins.
Why aren't prices listed on this page?+
Pricing is based on the number of stock locations you manage, meaning trucks and warehouses, so the honest number depends on the size of your operation. We'll walk through it on a short call, no obligation.
What determines my pricing?+
The number of stock locations (trucks and warehouses) you manage. You can adjust this at any time, and users are never charged per seat.
How many users can I add?+
All plans include unlimited users. Office staff, warehouse managers and field techs are all included.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?+
No. Ply offers flexible monthly and annual plans, and annual plans come with a discount.
What integrations are included?+
Field service integrations are included on every plan: ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge and ServiceM8. Accounting integrations (QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct) and AccuLynx are part of Plus. API access is available as an add-on on any plan.
How does onboarding work?+
Every new customer gets free hands-on onboarding. We help you import your inventory, set up your locations, and train your team, including onsite warehouse implementation.
Can I switch plans later?+
