How does Ply pricing work?
The freemium version of Ply includes 1 location to get you started and a 5% transaction fee when you use our dedicated buyers. Other plans are billed monthly with a transaction fee when using Ply to purchase.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Ply accepts ACH and credit card for subscriptions. If you're using Plys dedicated buyers to purchase materials we offer ACH, credit card, and NET terms for those who are approved.
What if we need to change the number of trucks?
Downgrading or upgrading to another Ply package is easy. Please reach out to us via chat or [email protected] and we can assist you.
What is onboarding like?
Onboarding at Ply is easy! We'll provide you onboarding support for your team to train you on Ply and assist in the initial audit and intake of materials. It generally takes about two weeks to onboard but it depends on how fast your team wants to move.
