      To wrap up 2024 and gear up for an even better 2025, we’ve been hard at work delivering exciting new features to simplify your inventory management and replenishment.

      Housecall Pro Pricebook Integration

      Talk about starting off strong! Ply now integrates directly with your Housecall Pro pricebook, allowing for bi-directional sync of new materials and cost tracking as you purchase. Yes, that means no more outdated pricebook and inventory data.

      Notifications Center

      Ever wonder what to do next or which action you need to take? Our new notification center allows you to stay on top of all your material and purchasing actions.

      Ply Custom Fields in Jobber

      Ply is now embedded in Jobber jobs, within the settings > materials section. This improves visibility into your inventory without having to leave Jobber! Know what you have before you schedule or dispatch your next job and steamline ordering, all from Jobber.

      Audit Card AI + Simple Material Create

      Creating your warehouse on Ply or doing a cycle count? We’ve made it even easier to capture your audit data with Audit Card AI. All you need to do is can them! We’ve also implemented quick material creation, which reduces the time it takes to input material details.

      Our goal is to continue to deliver the best possible tools for you and your organization, which is why we’re always working on new functionality.

      • Custom units of measurement.

      Other Notable Features:

      • Required Movement Reasons: We’ve now made movement reason a required field to help improve your reporting and capture reason codes from your team.
      • Exposed Catalog to Techs for Field Requests: Techs will now be able to access the full company catalog to request items with field requests.
      • Ability for User to Deselect a Selected Bid: You can now unselect a bid perviously selected to edit or provide more details back to the supplier in the event of a change.
      • Export Tool Details: You can now export tool details to make edits or add more tools into excel or PDF.
      • Housecall Pro – Ability for Default Location to Deduct Materials From Invoice: Your techs never have to leave Housecall Pro now! Set a default location to deduct materials from and when they add materials to invoices in HCP, it will remove them from the default location.
      • Jobber – Expenses Option as Default Material Attribution Tracking: There is now an option to sync material attributes from Ply jobs to the expenses section in Jobber to support flat rate and job costing more efficiently.
