      Introducing Smart Suppliers, Ply’s way of helping you buy better. Compare vendors, track pricing trends, and make smarter purchasing decisions, all from within your workflow.

      PO Chat (Internal + Suppliers)

      Keep purchase order communication in one place. With PO Chat, teams can message internally or directly with suppliers, all linked to the order. No more scattered emails; everything stays connected to the right PO.

      Custom Notifications System Settings

      Take full control of alerts with Ply’s new custom notification settings. Choose who gets notified, when, and how, so your team only sees what matters most. Stay informed without the noise.

      Item Returns

      Mistakes happen and returns shouldn’t be painful. Ply now supports item returns, making it easy to send materials back to suppliers while keeping your stock, costs, and records accurate.
